Sugar paste has been used for centuries to be rid of unwanted hair. The main product is a sweet paste made entirely of natural ingredients. The paste can be used anywhere on the body and removes the entire hair as well as the hair bulb. When the hair re-grows it is much finer. After successive treatments, hair growth diminishes until the area is entirely free from hair.

1. Sugaring can be done quickly and cleanly.
2. Large amounts of hair can be taken out at once, and finished faster than even waxing.
3. With sugaring you can speed things up by applying the paste to a very large area, and it won't dry out.
4. Easy clean up. The paste is water soluble, meaning you can clean off any residue left on the skin with plain water.
5. Sugar paste is very gentle and can be put over an area that was just sugared but missed some hairs, without fear of irritation.

Facial hair can be removed in the comfort of your own home.

Massage is the practice of soft tissue manipulation with physical, functional, and in some cases psychological purposes and goals. The word comes from the French massage “friction or kneading.” Massage involves acting on and manipulating the body with pressure. Target tissues may include muscles, tendons, ligaments, skin, joints, or other connective tissue.

Medical research has shown that the benefits of massage include pain relief, reduced trait anxiety and depression, and temporarily reduced blood pressure, heart rate, and state anxiety.

I trained as a masseuse in 2010 because I believe that massages are good for the body. I can give a very relaxing massage or help relieve tired, aching muscles. After gardening, hiking, running, cycling etc there is nothing better than a gentle massage of those sore muscles. Tired, aching legs, lumbar area or shoulders and neck can be massaged.

This is very beneficial to physical and emotional health as it promotes total relaxation and gives a feeling of well-being and calm. As implied by the name, the Indian Head Massage is a form of massage therapy created in India thousands of years ago. It is deep style massage derived from the Ayurvedic tradition that focuses on the head, shoulders and neck.

Massaging the head increases circulation to the head, neck and shoulders bringing oxygen and nutrients which help to improve the condition of the skin and stimulate hair growth. The massage helps eyestrain and tension headaches as muscular tension is relieved. Increased blood circulation also helps to relieve stiffness in the neck and shoulder and is also known to enable people to sleep better.

This can also be done in the comfort of your own home.
